1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the GetBransonTickets.com website ("Site") or purchasing tickets through it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Our Services

GetBransonTickets.com is an authorized ticket reseller for select live shows and attractions in Branson, Missouri. We sell tickets on behalf of partnered theaters under direct reseller agreements. For shows where we do not hold a reseller agreement, we provide informational listings and link to the official venue for purchases.

Tickets sold on this Site are never contingent on attending a timeshare presentation, vacation ownership tour, or sales pitch of any kind. There is no tour requirement and no pickup stop. You buy your tickets, you see your show.

3. Ticket Purchases and Pricing

Prices are shown before tax. Applicable Missouri and Branson sales and tourism taxes are added at checkout, and your exact total is always shown before you pay. We do not charge service fees, processing fees, or delivery fees of any kind.

Purchased tickets are delivered by email as vouchers and must be exchanged for seating tickets at the venue box office. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before showtime. Tickets may not be resold on theater property.

Ticket availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed. We reserve the right to modify listed prices at any time; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes each theater's cancellation deadline. Most shows can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before showtime.

5. Your Information

When you book, we collect the details needed to complete your order: your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number.

• We use your information to process your order, deliver your vouchers, and help you if plans change.
• We share your name and order details with the theater fulfilling your reservation, and with the service providers who run this site (payment processing, email delivery, hosting). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Communications

When you make a purchase or start a booking, we may contact you about that order by email, phone, or text message: your voucher, order updates, and a reminder if you leave before finishing checkout. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all tickets and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Shows are produced and managed by independent theaters, and GetBransonTickets.com does not guarantee show times, dates, availability, or descriptions, and is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or the quality of any performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetBransonTickets.com, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of enjoyment, travel expenses, or emotional distress, arising out of your use of the Site, purchase of tickets, or attendance at any show or event.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GetBransonTickets.com, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Taney County, Missouri.

11. Changes to These Terms

GetBransonTickets.com may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
